Service Description

The aim of the program is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience outside of your regular working environment. It is designed for women and men who are willing to invest in their personal and professional development, actively navigate their life and want to have a positive impact on society. The Polaris Foundation Mentoring Program is a highly regarded, one-year long program that can help you: - get a fresh perspective on your career status & future aspirations; - clarify your next steps in your personal growth; - set up and reach your personal and professional goals; - develop yourself and step outside your comfort zone; - inspire and contribute to the growth of others while developing yourself; - develop yourself and step outside your comfort zone; - learn from amazing mentors, from perspectives of great professionals outside your own organisation; - build lasting professional relationships and broaden your network. Take your time to look at your development goals for 2022, at your plans and your dreams and consider joining the Mentoring Program - as a Mentee, a Mentor or both. A participant of the 2020 Mentoring Program said: "As a result of my mentoring, I was able to be more clear and confident of my value to my organisation and to have a bigger impact in my office and my community." This highly acclaimed year-long program costs €195,-. It includes: - Short training via Zoom for mentors and mentees to better ensure an impactful mentoring partnership (for who wants this). - Personal mentoring sessions with your mentor (minimum 5 to 6 mentoring sessions per year conducted face-to-face, phone or online). - 3 mentoring events to connect with everyone in the program, get inspired by amazing guest speakers and participate in workshops. The fee will be used to cover expenses related to the organisation of the mentoring events. Please check the Brochure for all the details of the Mentoring Program 2022. How can you join?
