She is a self-made businesswoman who started her own business in a foreign country and in a business that was not her core business.
Cristina started her career as a business journalist and shifted up gears into a strategic communications and personal development consultant, trainer and coach. She is an experienced advisor of top brands and executive leaders providing training and coaching in the field of strategic communications skills and personal development with a focus on emotional intelligence in the Czech Republic and across Central and Eastern Europe.
Her mission is to empower leaders to communicate better, develop their self-awareness and emotional self-mastery. She does that by staying true to her values: Integrity, Freedom and Partnership. These values guide her as she impacts teams and organisations to achieve remarkable results.
