• have a better understanding of what makes your relationships (personal and business ones) tick or not and what you can do yourself to make these relationships (even) better;
• get tips on how to deal with conflicts;
• get insights into why focussing on relationship elements (next to tasks) are crucial to create highly performing teams (and personal relationships).

Your trainer will be Dick A. Rüger:

Dick A. Rüger, founder of DARe2Change, a leadership, relationship & executive coaching practice, believes in people and in their ability to transform and grow. That’s why he helps clients to discover their (inner) needs, passion and purpose while acknowledging their challenges and conflicts. Dick coaches individuals, relationships, teams and organizations. His own purpose in life is to help others transform by “offering you my hand so you can cross those wild rivers.”

Dick spent 25+ years in the international corporate world. He has a solid experience in (senior) management and project lead positions. Dick helped to create businesses from scratch, managed a variety of teams and to define and implement strategy at operational and corporate level. Almost all his career Dick has worked in cross-cultural settings.

Dick lives near Amsterdam; he is married with two children. He loves long-distance running and is a member of the Rotary Club Amsterdam West. Other hobbies are yoga, classical music and food.
