About the workshop:

Meet fellow explorers and high achievers, people with drive and passion, with open minds and hunger for growth. Whether it is empathy, decisiveness, courage or risk-taking that you want to practice more, this workshop provides the safe space for you to do just that. If you look at the top skills that will shape the future – your future – as a person, an employee, or a business leader – you will find problem-solving, mental flexibility, creativity, developing relationships and self-leadership. “Practice Leading Into The Unknown” sessions focus on empowering you to bravely “step into the arena” and exercise your power to create. With others.

Centering around the concepts of design thinking, collaboration, and learning, we will look for solutions together, empower, inspire, and impact each other as well as support each other on our journeys – of discovery, transformation, growth. This highly interactive workshop is a “place” to be when you feel that you need to explore an unknown territory, learn new skills, broaden your horizons, or challenge yourself, your thoughts, way of working or leading a business. And while you’re at it, you may find yourself helping others too. Building and nurturing your network is what you practice here as well.
